| Vinification | The clusters are brought to the cellar immediately after harvesting and de-stemmed. Grapes are gently pressed, and the must macerates on the skins long enough to give the wine its classic pink hue. Selected yeasts are added to the free-run must and it is sent to fermentation, which takes place at a controlled temperature between 16° and 18°, for about 10 days. The wine obtained rests in steel, where it is aged for 5/6 months, before bottling. |

Profile
Pale and bright salmon pink. Fragrant and delicate on the nose with hints of rose petals, white peach and small red fruits. It has a beautiful concentration in the mouth with flavors of wild strawberry, peach and lemon. Well balanced with fresh acidity, juicy finish and a touch of Mediterranean salinity.
Food pairing
Salmon carpaccio marinated with citrus.
