Vinification At the end of the harvest, the freshly picked grapes are brought to the winery and destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in contact with the skins for about one week, at a controlled temperature between 22° and 24°C. Racking then follows. The wine is subsequently transferred to autoclave for the second fermentation according to the Charmat method, which lasts approximately 30 days.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby red with violet reflections and a lively foam. The nose reveals fragrant aromas of ripe cherry, blackberry and raspberry, complemented by light floral hints of violet and delicate spicy notes. On the palate it is smooth and rounded, well balanced by vibrant freshness and the characteristic acidity of Raboso. The lively bubbles enhance its fruity expression, leading to a harmonious and persistent finish with lingering red berry notes and a pleasant vinous character.
