| Vinification | After harvest, the freshly picked grapes are brought to the winery and destemmed. The resulting must, enriched with selected yeasts, begins fermentation at a controlled temperature between 24 and 26 °C, lasting about 20 days in contact with the skins. |
| Aging | The wine matures for 12 months in large oak casks. Aging continues in the bottle for at least 6 months. |
Other curiosities
Deep ruby red with garnet highlights. On the nose, it reveals a complex and profound bouquet, dominated by ripe marasca cherry, blackberry, and dried plum, followed by elegant floral nuances of violet and wild rose potpourri. Completing the profile are spicy and balsamic sensations of cinchona, dark cocoa, and licorice. The palate is energetic, supported by vibrant freshness and robust yet refined tannins. The finish is long and persistent, with lingering notes of dark fruit and sweet spices.
